Parent Testimonials

“Our son Brandon and daughter Aoife, have both attended Bramble Cottage Montessori over the past 3 years, and we cannot praise the school highly enough. Our kids absolutely love Bramble Cottage!! We only ever had tears on the mornings when our children COULDNT go to school! They have learned so much about science, different countries, space, occupations and nature, to name just a few subjects. But the fun didn’t stop there – the class had a teddy bears picnic, pyjama party, guide dog visit, ice cream party – all to raise money for various charities. Farm animals regularly visited the school and my daughter loved watching the ducklings hatch from the incubator!

It has really been a joy to send our kids here, but most of all, the one thing the children will always remember about Bramble Cottage is the fantastic staff, who made them feel very welcome, important and loved. Over the past 3 years, Leslie and her team have provided fun, education and happy care for our children. I would personally recommend anyone with young children to send their kids here. Its fantastic – THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!”

“My daughter Isabelle attended Bramble Cottage for her ECCE year and it was a lovely positive experience for her and for me. Isabelle thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and making new friends while I appreciated the personal atmosphere with almost mini updates on her progress during collection time and the feeling that she was being well cared for. As Isabelle has celiac disease, it was very important that special measures were taken during parties and baking time and the staff fully appreciated this and went above and beyond to include her, for which I am very thankful. There was a wide variety of different experiences from guide dog visits to ducks hatching, and my eldest daughter was often heard loudly complaining when the latest treat/activity was announced, as such treats are rarer in primary school! I look forward to seeing all the staff again when my youngest is old enough to join the ranks”

“The teachers at Bramble Cottage provide lots of love and care and a great introduction to formal education in a lovely environment. Special projects such as science week, classroom visits and Christmas and Summer shows really engage the children. My son, Zane Og’s social skills and confidence have really grown during his time there. I am very confident sending him to primary school because he is leaving Bramble Cottage with such a positive view of school”

“Emily really enjoyed her year at Bramble Cottage. She loved all the activities they did throughout the year such as their Christmas concert and Annual Pyjama Day. She has made loads of new friends and loves learning. They had many visitors such as a member of An Garda Siochana and the Guide Dogs. Emily looks forward to another fun-filled year in Bramble Cottage next year.” Karen (Emily’s mum)
